He Will Pay Them Back

And don’t say, “Now I can pay them back for what they’ve done to me! I’ll get even with them!” ~ Proverbs 24:29 (NLT).

When people hurt or betray us, we become angry. Instead of taking matters into our own hands by beating them up or getting revenge ourselves, we need to turn the situation over to God. Only He can bring justice to the matter. Only He can take revenge. It may take a while, but in the end, we see how God always deals with those who do His children wrong.
