Be Quiet

For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not. ~ Isaiah 30:15

Your strength comes from being in quietness.  It doesn't come from being in panic or in terror or in getting upset.  Our strength in God comes about when we become quiet before Him, when we let Him work on our behalf.  It is when we leave our problems in His hands, and have confidence in Him, that He will come through for us.
