Understand This
Understand [this], my beloved brethren. Let every man be quick to hear [a ready listener], slow to speak, slow to take offense and to get angry. ~ James 1:19 (AMP).
This is really good advice. How many times do we have problems in life because we didn't heed it? We talked more than we listened. We took offense. We got angry. How many times have our friendships been destroyed by these things? Nine out of ten times if we would have listened more than we spoke, if we didn't take offense and gotten angry, we would still have many of the relationships we have now lost.

Have you received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour? Do you believe Jesus died to pay the price for your sin? That He was raised from the dead? Then just pray aloud, "Lord Jesus, I repent of all my sins. Come into my heart and be my Lord and Saviour." If you believed in your heart and confessed with your mouth, you are Born-again.
