Focus On The Right

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. - 1 Thessalonians 5:11 (NIV).

Instead of fighting, bickering and finding fault with others, we need to encourage them.  Magnify what they are doing right rather than nit-picking and harping on what they are doing wrong.
