A Matter Of Life Or Death
Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. - Hebrews 12:2
Jesus endured the cross for us. He went to the cross to take our place.
Understand this. If He didn't go to the cross, we would all be going to hell when we die. Instead we are going to Heaven when we die, if we have accepted Jesus, because Jesus died for us. He laid down His own life for ours.
You have that assurance, but other people in this world aren't that fortunate because no one has told them what Jesus did for them.
I challenge you to look for opportunities today to share your faith with others. Remember: for them, it is a matter of life and death. Heaven or hell.
