Hang On God
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. - Matthew 4:4 (KJV).
We cannot live by bread alone. However, we can live on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. The words that are written in the Bible, yes, but also the words that God speaks to our spirits.
Have you ever been in love with someone so much that you hung on every word they said? That's how we need to be with God. We should hang on His every word. We have to get to the point where pleasing God is the only thing that is important to us.
