Let Them Have Dominion

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. - Genesis 1:26 (KJV).

We have dominion over the Earth because of what Jesus did on the cross.  Before Jesus ascended into Heaven, He gave authority of this Earth back to us.  

The devil is defeated.  He was defeated by Jesus at the cross, but his favorite pastime is to convince us that he is in control of the Earth.  No, we are.

God expects us to stand up and fight from the victory ground Jesus fought to give us instead of fighting an already defeated foe.  

Don’t waste your time wrestling with the devil.  Stand in the finished work of Jesus, knowing that Jesus already defeated your enemies.
