Why Don’t You Ever Call?

@ 10:04 AM (5 months, 5 days ago)

For the Lord your God is living among you.  He is a mighty savior.  He will take delight in you with gladness.  With his love, he will calm all your fears  He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” - Zephaniah 3:17 (NLT).

God loves us so much that He lives inside us, and He delights in us.  He loves us so much that He calms our fears.  He rejoices over us so much that He sing songs.

Imagine that! God is so in love with you that He can’t stand to be away from you.

He is like a mother with her newborn baby.  He delights in watching us.  He loves to calm our fears.  He sings songs to us.

Just like the newborn, we grow up and separate ourselves from the Person who loves us the most.  The One who took care of us and sent His Son to died for us.  We never write, call or visit unless we want something.

All the while God, our Daddy, is waiting, watching for us to need Him, to ask for His opinion, to just fellowship with Him.   Is that too much for Him to ask of us?

Have you received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour?  Do you believe Jesus died to pay the price for your sin?  That He was raised from the dead?  Then just pray aloud, "Lord Jesus, I repent of all my sins.  Come into my heart and be my Lord and Saviour."  If you believed in your heart and confessed with your mouth, you are Born-again.  Let us know if you prayed this prayer.
